In this course you will explore the differences between different types of digital, analogue, audio and data cable. You will consider how cables can minimise the noise transmitted during capture and recording, along with the functions of a pre amp and DI box in the recording process. You will then consider how impedance and level can influence the decisions we make when plugging equipment together, and the impact this has on the process.
